LC Builders is a locally owned and operated construction company that has been providing building construction and renovation services in the Manawatu region for more than 35 years.

We are a team of 15 which includes 4 in management. Our construction team have a wide range of experience throughout both commercial and residential sectors.

Our History

  1. Lyndon Currie Partnership starts in Manawatu with 3 staff.

  2. Launched LC Builders, a limited liability company.

  3. Doubled our staff to 7, and our workload.

  4. Moved to our current premises in Kelvin Grove Road.

  5. Purchased the name Origin Homes.

  6. Renovated our company offices and launched Origin Homes.

  7. LC Builders has a team 15, including 11 tradespeople.
